美国泰乐TYLER进口阻火器分为阻爆燃型、波纹型、抽屉型、网型、储罐型等几大类,其主要功能是允许易燃易爆的气体通过，对外界传入储罐的火焰起有阻止与窒息作用,防止外部火焰窜入存有易燃易爆气体的设备、管道内或阻止火焰在设备、管道间蔓延的产品,同时阻火器也可以使用在有明火设备的管线上，以防止回火事故。
应用范围-
阻火器适用于可燃气体的汽油、煤油、轻柴油、笨、甲笨、原油、芳烃、硫、氢氧液化类等管道或输送可燃性气体的管道上、火炬系统、易燃易爆溶剂系统、气体净化通化系统、气体分析系统、油气回收系统、煤矿瓦斯排放系统、加油站设备、加热炉燃料气的管网上，也可用在乙炔、甲烷、丙烷、乙烯氧气、氮气、天然气、沼气、放空管道、废气的管道上,同时可安装在储罐上与呼吸阀可以配套使用。
选型特点-
不同公称直径的阻爆型阻火器，所要求的距火源zui小安装距离要对衬;
选用阻火器其安全阻火速度应大于安装位置可能达到的火焰传播速度;
与燃烧器连接的可燃气体输送管道，在无其它防回火设施时，应设阻火器;
阻止以亚音速传播的火焰，应使用阻爆燃型阻火器，其安装位置宜靠近火源;
阻止以音速或超音速传播的火焰应使用阻爆型阻火器，其安装位置应远离火源;
在寒冷地区使用的阻火器，应选用部分或整体带加热套的壳体，也可采用其它伴热方式;
在特殊情况下，可根据需要选用设有冲洗管、压力计、温度计、排污口等接口的阻火器;
安装于管端的阻火器，公称直径小于50MM时采用螺纹连接; 公称直径大于50MM时，应采用法兰连接;
安装于管道中的阻火器，应采用法兰连接;
安装于管端的阻火器，应带有可自动开启的防雨通风罩;
储罐之间气相连通管道各支管上的阻火器应选用阻爆型;
储罐顶部的油气排放管道，应在与罐顶的连接处选用阻爆型阻火器;
储罐顶部保护性气体及油气排放管道的集合管上应选用阻爆型阻火器;
紧急放空管应设置阻爆燃型阻火器。
装卸设施的油气排放或回收总管与各支线的气相管道之间应设置带接管阻爆型阻火器;
可燃气体放空管道在接入火炬前，若设置阻火器时，应选用阻爆型阻火器。

Application scope -

Selection characteristics -
The resistance detonation type arrester with different nominal diameter is required for the minimum distance of the fire source installation distance.
The flame arrester of the flame arrester should be greater than the flame propagation speed of the installation position.

The flame arrester installed on the end of the pipe should be equipped with an automatic rainproof hood.
The flame arrester on each branch of the gas storage tank shall be used to prevent detonation type;
The oil and gas drainage pipeline at the top of the tank shall be used in the connection of the roof with the flame arrestor.
The flame arrestor should be used on the collection tube of protective gas and oil and gas emission pipeline at the top of tank.
The emergency air tube shall be set up to prevent explosive flame arrester.
The oil and gas discharge or recovery manifold of the loading and unloading facilities shall be equipped with the control of the flame arrester for the control of the gas phase between the various branches.
The combustible gas emptying pipe shall be used to prevent the flame arrester when it is connected to the torch.
