性能、特点与用途：
主要用于短屑及碎屑的连续输送，有不受切屑材质限制的优点，而磁刮板式排屑机则主要适用于干式或湿式加工中长度小于150mm钢屑及铸铁屑的输送。本机采用链条拖动刮屑板将切屑沿排屑机底部刮出的工作方式，工作可靠、稳定，尤其是在湿式加工中磁刮板式排屑机是替代磁性排屑机的*机型。机床下来的污液及切屑（尤其是铸铁屑），首先吸附在磁底板上，细小颗粒也会吸附，这样，切削液便洁净了许多，切屑被刮屑板再慢慢刮去机外。
Performance, feature and application:
The product is mainly used in the application of continuously transferring fine debris and debris. The magnetic scraping plate type debris removal unit is mainly used in the application of transferring steel debris or cast iron debris sized small than 150 mm in the wet or dry processing operations. The product is designed such that the scraping plate is driven by the chain, removing the debris from the bottom of the debris removal unit. In this way, the debris removal unit can be operating reliably and stably. The waste liquid and debris （especially castiron debris） shall be absorbed on the base plate, creating a clean working environment.
