R型滚光刀具
可加工直径达200mm以上的圆柱孔
通孔： Ø 201 – 450 mm
盲孔： Ø 201 – 450 mm
产品特性：
加工工件公差要求IT8。
可加工抗拉强度≤ 1400N/mm2，洛氏硬度HRC ≤ 45的金属材料。
表面质量可达Rz ≤ 1 μm / Ra < 0.1 μm。
可用于CNC钻床、铣床和车床，加工中心或普通机床。
加工时顺时针旋转。
优点：
加工周期短。
直径调整简单，可重复。
润滑需求低（油或乳化液）。
工具在退回时自动收缩，以防止损坏滚柱的滚光面。
磨损件容易更换。
设计：
R型工具包含基本刀体和滚压头。
刀体包含了刀柄和变径机构。该机构可以对工具滚压直径进行调整。
对加工有大环型槽或交叉孔的内孔，我们提供专门的滚光工具（Q型），以确保对断续表面的加工（为测试可行性，请将工件的图纸发送给我们）。

Features:
Can be used up to tolerance class IT8.
Machines all metal materials up to a tensile strength of 1400 N/mm2 and a maximum hardness of HRC ≤ 45.
Can achieve a surface quality of Rz ≤ 1 μm / Ra < 0.1 μm).
For use on CNC-controlled drilling or milling machines and lathes, machining centers or conventional machinetools.
Machining with clockwise rotation.
Advantages:
Short cycle time.
Diameter adjustment is infinite and reproducible.
Requires minimal lubrication (oil or emulsion).
Tool automatically contracts upon retraction, preventing
damage to the roller burnished surface.
Wear parts are easy to exchange.
Design:
Type R tools consist of a basic tool body and a burnishing head.
The tool body contains the tool shank as well as the mechanism for the infinitely variable setting of the rolling diameter.
For machining bores with large ring grooves or cross holes, we offer special roller burnishing tools (type Q), which ensure that interrupted surfaces can be machined (to test feasibility, please send us a drawing of the workpiece)
