标准与认证-性能标准

音视频产品性能标准的制定机构为IEC/TC 100，负责制定音视频产品和多媒体设备的性能规范、测量方法以及这些设备在系统中的应用和与其他设备的互通等要求。多媒体是指任何形式的音频、视频、图像、数据和通信，以及这些信息的产生、存储、处理、传输、显示和复制的集合。目前已有20个国家（包括我国）参加了该技术委员会，19个国家作为观察员身份参与，来自美国的Mr. Mark HYMAN为该委员会主席，秘书处设在日本。
    TC 100的技术工作*以项目组（PT）的形式进行，而项目组在技术或应用方面又相互关联，从而集合成技术领域（Technical Area，TA）。每个技术领域（TA）有一个技术领域（TAM）和技术秘书（TS）。    目前，该技术委员会有10个技术领域（TA），分别为：

• TA1：音视频及数据服务和内容的终端设备；
• TA2：色度测量和管理；
• TA4：数字系统的接口和协议；
• TA5：电视信号、声音信号和交互式服务用电缆网络；
• TA6：专业电子存储媒体、数据结构和设备；
• TA7：消费类电子存储与相关应用；
• TA8：多媒体家用服务器系统；
• TA9：应用于终端用户的音频、视频和多媒体；
• TA10：多媒体电子出版物和电子书籍；
• TA11：音频、视频和多媒体系统的质量。
