HV870车铝轮加工机在立式加工中心基础上,引进了的动态刚性设计理念,优化了移动部件增强了主轴部件,使机床刚性更强,快速响应特性更佳等特点。

本机床标配X、Y、Z三个联动进给轴及BT40-15000m高速直联主轴。可用于加工28寸及以下的骄车铝轮系列。标配自动换刀系统,在一次装夹中可连续完成铣钻、铰、刮等精确加工,实现加工程序化,缩短生产周期,从而使用户获得良好的经济效益。

本机床适用于轿车铝轮毂的机械加工同时也广泛应用于高精模具汽车零部件、航空航天件、件、五金件等各种机械产品的加工。
