Performance Features

Duct production line 2 composed of a decoiler,levelling grooving unit, “V" and “口" notching unit, cutting unit composition. Thestandard configuration the “V" and “口"notching unit make for TDF flange duct, there intothe “口"notching unit also can be used to produce TDCflange.

Production line electrical control part adopts fullservo control; the control system has a closed-loop feedback system, Accuracyａnd stability were obvious improved. The maximum operating speed of 16 m / min.Length tolerance is ± 0.5mm; diagonal tolerance is ± 0.8mm. The system can meetthe each shift（8 hours） production capacity of 500 ～ 1000 m² duct.

Function

Duct production line 2 can drive blanking for ductａnd TDF flange forming machine at the same time. Combined with lock formingmachine, TDF flange forming machine, folding machine and relevant corner code,duct production line 2 can produce high-quality products.
