TCK400新一代平床身数控车床

TCK680采用独立主轴、双三角导轨、中置丝杆、X向超大行程,精度与切削性兼容。主电机与主轴以1:3的大减速比传输动力，选用11KW的交流伺服电机，切削力强劲。针对特定盘类零件(汽车刹车盘、阀门、各种齿轮等)一次装夹完成车一一钻、 车-一磨等工艺，实现工序复合,提高加工效率，稳定了产品质量。
TCK680 adopts independent spindle, double triangular guide rail, center screw rod, X- direction super stroke,
with accuracy compatible with cutting performance. The main motor and the main shaft transmit power with a
large reduction ratio of 1:3, and 1 1kw AC servo motor is selected, which has strong cutting force. In view of thespecific disc parts(brake disc, valve, various gears, etc.), the process of car drilling, car grinding, etc. is
completed by clamping once, so as to realize the process combination, improve the processing efficiency and
stabilize the product quality.
