设备特点 Equipment Characteristics

● 主要用于铝合金门窗型材的45°切割下料。

● 两锯头固定成外摆45°，采用水平式锯切，适合较短料和截面较高的型材。

● 数显系统自动显示切割尺寸，重复定位精度高，操作方便。

● 进给系统采用日本THK进口直线方导轨运动副，精度高，稳定性好。

● 机床采用高精度主轴电机，使锯片运转稳定。

● 液压阻尼缸实现进给调速均匀，锯片切割平稳。
