机床特点 Machine tool features:
1、 x、丫为线性导轨设计，其运动速度快、滚动摩擦阻力小、润滑 方便、长时间工作稳定性佳。
2、 Z轴采用硬轨设计，在粗加工时，吃刀量与切削力都较大，能有 效的避免床身震动比较厉害的问题，既能保证加工的效率，也能 保证加工的精度。
3、 三轴马达座与主件一体铸造并同时加工，可确保各轴组装精度。
4、 广泛适用于中等级要求的零件和模具的生产加工。
- X and Y axis are linear guide rail design, with a large number of advantages of fast moving speed, small rolling frictional resistance,convenient lubrication and long working stability.
- The Z axis adopts the design of box way type, when rough machining, engagement of the cutting edge and cutting force are bigger, which can effectively avoid the worse vibration of lathe bed, and not only guaranteeing the machining efficiency, but also ensuring the machining accuracy.also to ensure the processing precision.
- The three-axis motor base and the main parts are cast and processed simultaneously to ensure the assembly precision of each axis.
- It is widely used in the production and processing of parts and moulds with medium requirement.
