 五大铸件采用GB300高级树脂砂铸件,经回处理及震动与自然时效处理消除内应力。
The five major castings adopt advanced GB300 resin sand castings, which eliminatethe internal stress after tempering, vibration and natural aging treatment .
三轴无垫块,轴承座与机体间以研磨与铲花配合,确保丝杆三点同心度的精度保持。
Three axis have no pad bilck. Both grinding and scraping are used between the bearing seat and the body to ensure the three point concentricity accuracy of the screw rod.
低机身和龙门式床身结构,使机床稳定性更高。
