The foundation of the Reishauer Beijing Representative Office in 1996 and the Reishauer Gear Grinding Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. in 2014  set the right course to offer Chinese customers a local contact point, technical support and service, all in their language. Both offices are located in Beijing.
 
The main task of Reishauer is to offer service and technical support, the selling of new machines and to ensure that spare parts are stocked on site. In China, Reishauer has a total staff of 20 full-time employees,  of whom two thirds in service and application engineering, and the remaining third in sales and sales support.

Today in China, there are several hundred Reishauer machines in operation. All these machines produce, day in – day out, components for the automotive, truck, motorcycle, machine tool, printing, robot, and aerospace industry.

At any one time, there are sufficient spare parts in stock to rebuild several machine tools. This ensures that our service engineers can respond in a timely manner. As a rule, spare parts are delivered in less than 48 hours and can be paid for in Chinese renminbi yuan (CN￥). Furthermore, Reishauer keeps standard diamond dressing tools in stock. Additionally, grinding wheels are kept in stock, too, and can be profiled and supplied according to customer specifications within a few days.
