本系列压力机是通用型压力机，具有进出料方便，操作简单特点，主要适用于板料冲孔、落料、弯曲及浅拉伸等工序。

本系列压力机采用曲轴纵放(JF21-63、JD21-80B曲轴横放），气动摩擦离合器、制动器(JB21系列为钢性转键式离合器），刚性压塌式过载保护，手动调模，刻度显示（J21-250A为机动调节装模高度，数字显示）。

本系列压力机是通用型压力机，具有进出料方便，操作简单特点，主要适用于板料冲孔、落料、弯曲及浅拉伸等工序。

本系列压力机机身全部采用钢板焊接结构，曲轴纵放，组合式干式或湿式气动摩擦离合器、制动器，齿轮副浸油润滑，矩形六面导轨，导向精度高，进口液压过载保护装置，上提式平衡缸装置，JH21-63以上机动调节装模高度，数字显示，机动浓油润滑系统，平衡缸采用手动稀油润滑系统，进口PLC控制，电子式曲轴角度指示器，凸轮控制器，触摸屏操作。可按用户订货要求，选配行程次数可变，气垫装置，快速换模装置，脚踏开关，自动送料输出轴，光电式人身安全保护装置，防震垫。

JH21 series press is of universal presses.It has the characteristics of convenient for feeding and simple for operating.Mainly it is suitable for piercing,blanking,bending and shallow drawing.Frame of this series press adopts the overall steel-sheet welded structure.Crankshaft is located longitudinally.Single piece,interlocking friction cluth and Brake.Gearing dipped in oil-tank.Slide has six rectangular guide-ways.Positive or hydraulic overload protector.models For models above JF21-63A，Motorized Die-height adjustment.Digital show centralized lubricating system of thick oil. Controlled by import PLC.Varible,strokes per minute,cushion and electric protector can be chosen.
