■机床主要部件均采用高强度铸铁树脂砂铸造，并采用多次时效处理，机床刚性好，精度稳定。

■机床主轴采用高刚性的两点支撑主轴结构，刚性高，保证加工刚性足，加工精度稳定。

■双轴控制采用独立系统，独立操作面板，可同时完成不同品种工件的加工。

■机床镗刀杆及刀夹可根据客户工件要求订做。刀夹方式灵活多样，单刀、多刀均可使用。

■具有主轴定向准停功能，方便单镗刀退刀。

■三色灯便于操作人员观察机床状态。
