Bed And Base Integral Design
The lathe is made of high strength casting iron, has 45°inclined bed structure with rectangle guide way leads to high stability and rigidity. After high frequency quenching treatment the guide way is precision grinding processed to ensure the stability under long term running.
整体齿轮箱式主轴单元。高刚性结构,适合重切削加工,3档变频调速,档内无级,可实现档内恒线速车削。
Integral Gear Box Type Spindle Unit
The machine has high stability structure, suits for heavy duty cutting machining. 3 gear stages variable frequency speed control system and stepless speed regulation on each stage can be constant surface cutting speed.
床鞍机滑板系高强度铸铁铸造。导轨副采用贴塑材料,动、静摩擦力小。床鞍、滑板跨距大,适合大负荷强力切削。
Saddle and skateboard are made of high strength casting iron
The guide way shaft using plastic stick material can reduce dynamic and static friction. Long distance design between saddle and skateboard suits for heavy duty cutting.
主轴采用大直径精密角接触球轴承前三后二组合排列。或采用大直径精密角接触推力球轴承与双列圆柱滚子轴承组合排列。强力主轴承伺服电机传动比1:3驱动主轴,具有较好的刚度和低速下的大扭矩。

Or using big diameter precision angular contact ball bearing and two row roller bearing combination assembling. Powerful main bearings and servo motor driving spindle on 1:3 gear ratio has good rigidity and big torque on low speed.
