SD系列三轴加工中心产品简介：
1、采用德国原装PA三轴数控系统或西门子数控系统，友好人机界面，设备操作简单。
2、可加工铝合金型材、铝木复合型材、铜型材、PVC等。
3、可在型材上加工圆孔、方孔、锁孔、流水槽及异性安装孔。
4、采用钢管焊接结构，经热处理后数控一次装夹加工完成。
5、采用进口高精密级滚珠丝杠、导轨、齿轮齿条确保机床稳定性。
6、采用进口高品质交流伺服电机、自动换刀主轴确保高精度加工。
7、配备4工位容量刀库，可调气动夹具确保设备高效率加工。
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

5.The use of imported high precision ball screw and guide rail,rack and pinion to ensunre machine stability.
6.Hig-quality imported AC servo motor,automatic tool change spindle to ensure accurate processing.
7.With 4 station tool magazine capacity,adjustable pneumatic equipment,special fixtures to ensure efficient processing.
