sfm-ls8系列书空车床的结构特点
该系列书空车床系列按照流行的斜床身结构需要设计。与原来斜床身结构有所不同。具有新思路、新起点、有新的发展。形成新的斜床身数控车床系列，起特点如下：
1、 底座床身一体化结构，后倾30度，整体刚性高，对关键部位提高了固有频率，可获得*加工精度。
2、 导轨副用直线滑动导轨，运动灵活、精度高、为提高抗震性，采用阻尼块的结构，使运动副有*的定位精度和工作精度。
3、 床头箱设计采用对称结构，考虑散热均匀减小热变形对精度的影响，使主轴保持稳定的工作精度。
4、 主轴精确计算*的支撑距，合理设计主轴的结构，主轴轴承的预紧力用工装和测量仪保证。使主轴系统达到高精度、高刚度、高速度的要求。
5、 z轴放置在主导轨之间*位置，运动平稳，配合良好润滑和丝杆预拉伸，确保z轴的加工精度。
