PHJ150精密平口钳从设计上就尽可能消除固定端位移及夹紧后工件上翘的难题（号：ZL.7），其特点如下：
PHJ150精密平口钳的特点：
1、丝杠只起调整夹紧宽度和传递夹紧力的作用，并可以本体的T形槽中移动，水平夹紧力就变为内力，垂直分力施加在平口钳本体上，而本体是被压在工作台上，它的变形不会影响固定端和位移端，并且精度保持性好。
2、夹紧螺钉在移动端，行程为3mm，将直接夹紧工件且产生下压分力减少上翘3、该平口钳适合精加工，无需敲工件，夹紧时用手压住即可。
PHJ1505060230 精密平口钳使用说明（PHJ1505060230 Usage Instruction）
1、将夹紧螺钉5松开，调节丝杠4至夹持工件的宽度，移动钳口端2的行程为3mm
Loosening clamping screw bolt 5 and turning the lead screw 4 to fit the clamping width, the moveable distance of moving side 2 is about 3mm
2、夹紧工件时请用我们提供的板手夹紧螺钉5不要加接杆或敲击,夹紧工件后要确保保护套6可转动
It will be the best way with the spanner provided by PanYan to Clamping Screw Bolt 5 and insure the protecting bush 6 could be turned
3、当要使用中间固定座3时，取下固定钳口端1上的四件螺钉，将两件定位&锁紧螺钉7用于锁紧中间固定座3，如不能拧入将中间固定座3转180°，并在固定钳口端1的四沉孔内放堵
During using the middle base 3, take off 4 screw bolts on fix side 1, mounting the middle base with2 off Locating & Locking Screw Bolt 7, if cann't be in, please turn middle base 3 to 180°, put 4 plugs into holes of fix side 1
4、在本体槽放入防护板，方便清除切屑
Put protecting sheet into slot of body ，easy to clean
平衡的夹紧力且夹紧变形不影响夹紧精度
1、丝杠调节要夹持工件的宽度，锁紧由夹紧螺钉完成，行程为3mm
Adjusting the clamping width by lead screw, the moveable distance of clamping screw is about 3mm
2、在固定端夹紧力是平衡的，固定钳口没有位移
The clamping force will be balanced on the fix side, so it is undeformed
3、夹紧力方向有向下分力，夹紧后工件上翘小于0.02mm
Due to go down for clamping force,the workpiece upwarping after clamping will be less 0.02mm
4、取下固定座的4件螺钉，锁紧中间固定座，可同时夹紧2件工件
Taking off 4 pcs of screw bolts from the fix side and fixing the middle base, we can clamp 2 workpieces at once
5、便于多平口钳同时使用,2种规格的平口钳可以满足很宽的夹持范围

6、在本体中间槽的上部加工有防护板槽放入防护板可防止铁屑进入本体移动槽
