| 产品详情 我公司产M7480P立轴圆台平面磨床，以砂瓦端面进行磨削，是一种高效率，精密稳定的加工机床。该机床主要用来磨削毛坯及一般精密的大型零件，特别适用于冶金、锯片、汽车、拖拉车、工具，轴承等行业对大型零件的磨削加工。 机床在提高床身和立式磨头刚性作了较大改进。立柱采用三点调整，结构紧凑，工作台为圆形强力电磁吸盘，磁力平滑可调，精度稳定。功率大，充退磁控制器控制，并配有冷却液净化装置等特点。 本磨床的功能：通过交流伺服系统控制磨头升降与工作台旋转实现工件磨削，可设置工件加工工艺参数，根据不同的工件设置不同的参数，通过不同参数设置可以轻松完成工件的加工，通过前期生产工艺参数的设定，后期生产过程简便完成工件的加工，使生产过程简单化，既提高了生产效率，也减少了工件生产的差异性。 主要技术规格及参数
