性能与特点
q 该机采用钢板焊结构，振动时效消除应力；
q 液压传动，蓄能器回程；
q 采用三点支承滚动导轨，提高了剪切质量；
q 矩形刀片，四个刃口均可使用，使用寿命长；
q 刀口间隙快速同步调整，有刻度盘指示；
q 剪切角度可调；
q 后挡料尺寸及剪切次数有数字显示；
q 具有灯光照明装置，方便手工划线和剪切；
q 配有安全防护栏及光电后防护安全装置。
Performance
q The frame is entirely welded with steel plates, and elimination of stress by VSR (Vibratory Stress Relief);
q Hydraulic drive, return of knife beam is smooth and prompt by accumulator;
q It adopts three point supporting type rolling guideway to raise shearing precision;
q Rectangle knife which has four blades has a lasting life;
q The portable and prompt adjustment of the blades gap and the value of gap are indicated by digital, convenient and fast;
q The shearing angle can be adjusted;
q The display devices of the back gauge value and the shearing times are on the front of the machine;
q Equipped of lighting, so as to align when shearing;
q Safe fence and electric rear protective for the machine tool to ensure the operation safety.
