莹瞬磨床主机座、工作台、滑座、立柱及机头等各重要铸件体均采用高级铸铁FCD300，并经由有限元分析与计算，达到刚性倍增与质量的工程需求，每件铸件均经过内应力消除处理，确保*不变形，并具的抗弯及抗扭应力，确保机床长时间之研削精度。

莹瞬磨床前后双V，左右1V一平，均贴附U.S.A耐磨片TURCITE-B，以及手工精密铲花。保证工作台在负荷的情况下，不仅减低阻尼系数，且滑动顺畅、耐磨，确保移动轻快与精度准成型超精密研磨。
