■机床由底座、立柱、一个主轴箱（滑台）、 夹具、排屑器等组成。

■主轴箱和镗刀*运动采用伺服电机驱动，滚珠丝杠、直线导轨结构。

■主轴电机通过同步带带动主轴旋转。

■工件通过下压式夹具固定在工作台上，配置卸料气缸在加工完成后将工件推出。

■通过主轴*的旋转和上下移动实现工件的镗削加工。

■机床配置整体防护罩，适用大流量冷却加工，可有效保证加工精度。

■主轴往复改为伺服电机控制，滚珠丝杠、直线导轨结构，可实现主轴精确分段进给功能，无级调速

镗床夹具

■机床采用气动下压式夹具、配套可更换U型定位装置。可根据客户要求订做自定心式夹具及固定式夹具。适用于工件内孔加工Ф100~Ф150mm范围内。
