Peter Wolters BD 300-L Deburring Systems

Lapmaster Wolters has impressively demonstrated, that it is possible to enter the world of highly accurate and economic deburring of flat work pieces with reasonable investment costs. The deburring machines offer an excellent performance, which has never been reached before in this price-performance ratio.

Linear Deburring
The Peter Wolters BD 300-L is available in two versions. The short version (H 2300 x W 3100 x D 2000 mm) can be equipped with up to two machining stations, the long version (H 2500 x W 4400 x D 2000 mm) with up to four machining stations, each equipped with five brush tools.
An ideal transformation ratio between brushes and head ensures constant and optimal deburring results. In the area of flexible single-part production and production of small to medium series, the Peter Wolters BD 300-L is optimally suited for cost-effective machining of, for example, punched and precision cut parts, valve plates and precision work pieces. The Peter Wolters BD 300-L can either be supplied as stand-alone solution or – for further increase of productivity – as semi and fully automated setups combined with any other machine from Lapmaster Wolters e.g. a double-disk surface grinding machine from the Peter Wolters DDG range). Each version follows a modular concept and can be adapted to our customers‘ needs.
