| M74200立轴圆台平面磨床，总体布局为立式结构，工作台沿床身导轨移动，工作台旋转，一个伺服轴(磨头进给轴)。机床分为床身部分、立柱部分、工作台移动机构、工作台旋转机构、磨头及进给机构、润滑系统、冷却系统、控制系统。磨削主轴位与立柱的直导轨上，通过伺服电机驱动丝杠，作进给运动，工作台安装于滑鞍上且能沿床身导轨移动。立柱通过调整螺钉与床身连接。半封闭机床防护罩。 M74200立轴圆台平面磨床为立式磨头，移动工作台，床身导轨为平-V轨组合，机床的刚性大，可实现对工件的平面进行磨削加工，本系列产品与其它类型平面磨床相比，具有明显的高效率的特点。磨削的材质可包括各种碳钢、合金钢、耐火砖、石材和玻璃等。磨削范围φ2000×400内的平面。广泛应用于汽车、金属板材、轴承、阀门、锯片、磁性材料和模具模架等各个工业领域。 M74200立轴圆台平面磨床主要规格和技术参数
