2、 立柱与底座接触部位，螺杆轴承座都是用手工铲花工艺进行安装。

4、 设备所有铸件都是严格按照标准进行时效处理，不易变形。

Machine tool features:

1. L-type structure design, and the casting is steady and solid, equipped with the original import four-axis, it can process all kinds of cylindrical moulds products in high requirements.

2. The contact position between vertical columns and the base, and bearing block of screw are installed with the manual carving process.

3. The three axes adopt the German Rexroth high quality guide rail.

4. All used castings of the equipments are implemented with ageing treatment strictly according to the international standards and are not easy to causedeformation.
