美国泰乐TYLER进口蜗轮蝶阀利用齿轮箱来带动圆盘形阀瓣,阀板只需旋转90度即可快速启闭，操作简单，极其省力,并且在齿轮箱上有开度指示,能清楚地了解阀板开关的位置。
结构原理-
▲金属密封阀门的设计是采用三偏心结构原理，利用了固有的凸轮效应，*消除了90度行程中阀座与密封圈之间的全部摩擦;
▲橡胶软密封蝶阀的设计采用了单偏心结构，与中线软密封不同,蝶板转动大约在20度之后，阀座与密封圈之间迅速脱离，从而减少摩擦;
