sfm-ls8系列书空车床的结构特点
该系列书空车床系列按照流行的斜床身结构需要设计。与原来斜床身结构有所不同。具有新思路、新起点、有新的发展。形成新的斜床身数控车床系列，起特点如下：
1、 底座床身一体化结构，后倾30度，整体刚性高，对关键部位提高了固有频率，可获得*加工精度。
2、 导轨副用直线滑动导轨，运动灵活、精度高、为提高抗震性，采用阻尼块的结构，使运动副有*的定位精度和工作精度。
3、 床头箱设计采用对称结构，考虑散热均匀减小热变形对精度的影响，使主轴保持稳定的工作精度。
4、 主轴精确计算*的支撑距，合理设计主轴的结构，主轴轴承的预紧力用工装和测量仪保证。使主轴系统达到高精度、高刚度、高速度的要求。
5、 z轴放置在主导轨之间*位置，运动平稳，配合良好润滑和丝杆预拉伸，确保z轴的加工精度。
6、 高刚性的卧式刀装置。采用大齿盘定位，定位精度高，夹紧力大。适合各种强力切削。
7、 选用自动对刀装置。可将刀尖位置数据输入到系统，大大减少对刀换刀的辅助时间，提高工作效率。
8、 采用模块化的设计，选取多种功能部件，各种数控系统，满足不同层次用户的要求。
9、 采用全封闭防护，三防效果好，造型美观，色彩适宜，宜人性好，使人有轻松的感觉。
10、冷却箱独立放置，减少切削过程对主机的影响。高扬程的冷却泵,全可以冲走铁屑，实现冷却及倾屑的作用。
