-全自动压铸压铸去水口机，属于五金锌合金压铸机生产的后续自动化加工去水口工艺设备，产品的机械特性如下：

-采用单超声波工作，适应于独立模、流道、渣包排布固定式压铸坯件，对产品、渣包一次性无伤害分离，换模不用调机。

-该设备也适应多模芯、流道、渣包排布部确定性的压铸坯件进行简单的流道与产品、渣包分离、也可以选择冲头线折断入料口再超，解决入道口硬导致产品难超落分离的问题。

-分离作业过程中、产品一次性完成分离且不与设备任何夹具接触、能够妥善地保护产品的完整性。

-开料检测利用新一代技术、阻拦短路的检测方式、定位更精准、解决了采用光纤检测方式、光纤器件脆弱性易顺怀、多故障的问题。

适应范围：适应于通讯、电子、玩具、家居、箱包等五金压铸产品的配套自动水口分离及联机生产应用。
