高速铢加工特点:

1、 高的金属切除率：由于采用了高速切削模式，以高主轴转速和高进给速度，尽管加工步距减小，高速铢削可比常规铁削时的 金属切除率提高30%~40%,切除力降低了30%<.

2、 高的表面质量：由于高速铢削可以在一定的金属切除率下，大大缩小铢刀加工步距，因而使表面加工质量大为提高，几乎可 相当磨削的质量。

3、 高的加工精度：因为高速铢削时切削力小，大部分热量被切屑带走，因而工件热变形小，加之采用高速数控运算系统，使伺 服滞后现象减小，从而减小型面的形状精度误差，提高零件的加工精度，尤其有利于提高薄壁件和曲面模具的加工精度，还可 以减少后续模具的抛光工作量。

4、 *耐用度高：因为高速由削时温度较低，单位切削力较小，故*耐用度可提高70%以上，可加工高硬材料(50~60HRC)。 使模具制造周期缩短50%〜70%。

High-speed milling processing features:

• High processing accuracy: The cutting force is small in high-speed milling, most of the heat is taken away by chip, and so the workpiece thermal deformation is small, combined with high-speed CNC computing system, the servo hysteresis phenomenon reduces, thereby reducing the form precision error of the surface, improving the processing accuracy of parts. In particular, it is conducive to improving the processing precision of thin-walled parts and surface mold, as well as reducing the polishing workload of follow-up molds.

Good tool durability: The low high-speed milling temperature and small unit cutting force make the tool durability increased by more than 70%, and high hard materials (50 ~ 60HRC) processing is available, so that mold manufacturing cycle is shortened 50% to 70%, or even the most promising technology can be realized in the future mold manufacturing.
