The handing machine
The handing machine is usually composed of column（including lifting gear,sliding part,falling protcting safety and counterweight part）,transom （including gear rack and transom driving part）,
electric/manual swirl gear,and pneumatic/manual gyrating locking mechanism and others.
The column and transom are welded with quality rectangle hollow section and number 45 squarebar,and relieve the welding stress by annealing in accordance with annealing technology.
The horizontal shift of transom is driven by the AC machine on the sliding support and transmitted by gear rack,with no grade for speed.
The transom of the welding hading frame has enough rigidity,intensity and accuracy.
The rotator has offlimits mechanical stop and pneumatic gyrating locking part in order to keep stability during welding. The swirl gear uses the exclusive swirl bearing created by Germany HRS technology,
with gentle revolution and strong ability of preventing capsizing to ensure the stability of column.
