| 性能特点 | 该生产线是将较薄金属卷板整平、剪切成块状板材的专用设备。通常由上料小车、开卷机、托板压引装置、 校平主机、活动过桥、导向纠偏装置、定尺机构、覆膜装置、剪板机、输送工作台、气动排料架、液压升降 垛料台、运料滚道台及液压系统、电气控制系统等组成，协同动作PLC控制。
本设备主要用来加工冷轧碳钢卷板、不锈钢卷板及有色金属卷板等，可以根据客户的需求和工件加工的需要，选用六重式、四重式或二重式校平主机。
根据客户要求，校平可采用初、精两级校平机校平；定长送剪可采用普通机械电器协同动作、数字变频技术 或交流伺服技术；剪板机可配用普通机械、液压机型，电磁离合器、气动离合器传递动力的高速闸式剪板机，移动跟踪的追剪以及回转式飞剪机。配套相关成型机床可作更大范围功能延伸。 |

According to customer* s request, the level machine can use rough and precision to straightening, the cut-to-length can adopt common mechanical electronic, digital frequency , and AC servo technology; Shearing machine can choose options Imechanical and hydraulic type, high speed guillotine shearing machine which is droved by electromagnetic or pneumatic clutch, movable catching shear and return flying shearing machine. |
