FLOATING ROLLERS.
The pneumatically controlled universal joint under table creates a floating roller, for outstanding smoothness during stock feed. -
INSERTED ALLOY STEEL TABLE
Eliminating the conventional hard chrome plated table, POM moulders are designed with an inserted table, carbonized and hard chrome treated for dependable maximum wear resistance. -
MECHANICAL DIGITAL READOUT
Each spindle is available to be fitted with a mechanical digital readout for accurate spindle setting. -
SHORT STOCK FEED ROLLER
The additional feed rollers are fitted at the front of the 2nd spindle, suited for smooth feeding of short stock. positively and smooth feeding.

UNIVERSAL SPINDLE (Optional)
The universal spindle can be swivelled 360* for moulding operations. -
FULL GROOVE TABLE (Optional)
Fitted between the 1st spindle and the initial spindle on the rear bottom spindle set. -
FEED MAGAZINE (Optional)
This feed magazine enables continuous automatic stock feed that greatly increases efficiently. -
TILTING FEED ROLLER (Optional)
This allows for moulding of bevelled workpieces and picture frames et cetera.
- FREQUENCY INVERTER (Optional)
The feed speed is controlled by a frequency inverter providing variable speed feed. -
FULLY ENCLOSED SPLASH GUARD (Optional)
The guard not only provides maximum safety protection for the operator, but also reduces noise to a minimum during cutting operations.
