Robust semi-automatic bandsaw for steel trade and industry
The HBE560 is a modern, semi-automatic high-performance bandsaw machine in a robust design for the economical cutting of solid metals of all grades and large pipes. Especially for single cuts or difficult material geometries, positioning of the parts on sight by means of a crane or roller conveyor and line laser is recommended. For machining large pipes, the HBE560 can be equipped with a measuring system.
The HBE560 impresses with its solid, indestructible basic construction and its high cutting performance, which also allows the economical cutting of difficult-to-machine materials such as high-alloy stainless steels, Inconel or titanium in large diameters with carbide saw blades. The HBE560 makes your production even more economical with high-performance, precise cuts and low cutting costs at the same time.
Features of the HBE560
- Sensitive Behringer cutting pressure control
increases the cutting performance when sawing tubes and profiles, as it automatically adapts the saw feed of the machine to the changing material cross-sections. Due to the arrangement directly at the back of the blade, the system regulates quickly and precisely.
- Precision portal-design guide system
The combination of stable, low-vibration saw frame and the linear guide system in portal design ensure the best cutting results and maximum service life.
- Electrically driven chip brush
with Behringer quick-change device for tool-free brush changes. The teeth of the saw bａnd are protected by the special engagement angle.
- Servo feed system (option)
The saw is fed by a servo drive with ball screw. This results in significantly shorter non-productive times and more precise saw feeds. Your advantage: higher cutting output and longer blade life!
- Cast iron bａnd guiding parts
are made by Behringer and provide vibration damping directly at the cutting edge, thus increasing tool life.
- Automatic guide arm
Optimum sawing result without any adjustments - even with frequently changing material sizes.
- Energy efficient
The use of modern drives and a special hydraulic system reduces energy consumption by approx. 30% compared to the previous model.
- Double clamping vice
is ideal for clamping single cuts. The clamping jaws are arranged on both sides of the saw band. When setting up, the material can simply be aligned with the saw band. After sawing through, the section and the starting material are held securely.
