1、The main transimssion system adopts advanced two shifts of mechanical variation and the electricity is stepless variation , which realized larger range of variation of the main spindle. The man drive motor adopts Siemens AC main spindle motor which has large start torque and the function of man spindle direction .
2、Accuracy compensation technology , digital electrolyte proportion vale control are adopted so as to keep the accuracy requirement of the main spindle:
Two hydraulic cylinders are mounted at the bask of square ram so as so realize deformation compensation for square ram.
3、Slide. ,ram and headstock guideways are muliti-point closed hydrostatic guideways so as'to get a suitable dynamic and static fricition coefficient and no crawling at low speed is guarateed when it feeds backlash free.

1、机床主传动系统采用*的多档机械变速一电气无级调速方式，使主轴实现较大范围无级调速.主传动电机采用德国西门子交流主轴电机，启动扭矩大。具有主轴定向功能。
2、采取数字式电液比例控制，保证滑枕平衡，满足机床主轴伸出后的精度要求;
装于方滑枕后部的两个液压油缸实现方滑枕变形补偿方法。
3、滑座、滑枕、主轴箱导轨采用多点关闭式静压导轨，动、静摩擦系数相当.保证了进给时低速无爬行。
4.机床控制系统采用德国西门子公司生产的全数字840D CNC系统，进给电机采用西门子数字交流服伺电机。
5、采用可调节螺旋毛细管静压节流阻尼结构,调整方便，占用空间小。
