树脂重负荷砂轮自动化生产线是我所针对普通磨具行业的树脂、陶瓷结合剂砂轮开发的一种半自动生产线，本产品用于固结磨具的压制成型半自动生产。本产品可以实现自动预压、自动压制成型、自动搬运模具及砂轮、自动卸模等功能，实现了少人化操作的同时，也大大降低了人工劳动强度，改善了生产环境，保证了生产质量的稳定性，提高了生产效率。

Introduction

An automatic production line for resin bonded heavy load grinding wheels is semi-automatic molding equipment developed by ZZSM for resin bonded tools and vitrified grinding wheels. It is applied in pressing and semi-automatic production of bonded abrasive tools. This production line realizes automation of pre-pressing of abrasive mix, pressing and forming of abrasive mix, handling of molds and grinding wheels, mold unloading, etc. so as to make less manual operations and labor intensity, to improve the production environment, to ensure the stability of production quality, and improves the production efficiency.
