本产品针对金属结合剂金刚石串珠的生产开发，可以实现上料，烧结、取料等自动化生产。该系统配有两套上下料机械手，可以实现机械手水平行走、垂直升降、手爪伸出、手爪加持等动作，完成对模具的自动上下料功能。一套系统可以实现多台烧结压机的连续化自动烧结。所有运动部件驱动均采用伺服电机，精度高，响应速度快，运行稳定。

Introduction

This product is developed for the production of metal bonded diamond beads with automatic feeding, sintering and material handling. The system is equipped with two sets of loading and unloading manipulators, which can realize the movement of manipulators such as horizontal walking, vertical lifting, claw extension, and claw holding, and complete the automatic loading and unloading function of the mold. One system can realize continuous automatic sintering of multiple sintering presses. All the moving parts in the production line are driven by servo motors with high precision, fast response speed and stable performance.
