产品概述：

陶瓷结合剂制品具有切削锋利，效率高，寿命长，磨削不易发热和堵塞，易控制加工精度及修整等特点。

我公司可按标准GB/T6 4 0 9.2-2009提供陶瓷结合剂超硬材料砂轮， 直径范围：ф3~1600mm，砂轮厚度：0.8~300mm，磨料粒度：60/70~W3.5。并可根据用户要求设计和制造各种非标磨具。

Vitrified products own the features of sharp cutting, high effi ciency, long life, less heat and jam generated in grinding, easy control of the precision and easy dressing.

ZZSM is able to provide vitrified superabrasive grinding wheels according to the standard GB/T6409.2-2009. The diameter range isф3~1600mm; the thickness range is 0.8~300mm; the grit size range is 60/70~W3.5.We can also design and make nonstandard grinding wheels according to customers’requirements.

适用加工材料

陶瓷结合剂金刚石系列：主要用于硬质合金、PCD、PCBN、陶瓷、金属陶瓷等材料的加工。

陶瓷结合剂立方氮化硼系列：主要用于铸铁类（合金铸铁、冷激铸铁、球墨铸铁等）、钢类（45钢、55 钢、20Cr 等）等材料的加工。

Application

Vitrified diamond products: Mainly used for machining tungsten carbide, PCD,PCBN, ceramic, cermet, etc.

Vitrified CBN products: Mainly used for machining cast iron (alloy cast iron,chilled cast iron, nodular cast iron, etc.), steel(45#,55#, 20Cr, etc.).
