金属结合剂制品具有磨削效率高，形状保持性好，加工余量大，对磨粒的把持能力强，耐磨性好等特点。

我公司可按标准GB/T6409.2-2009提供各种金属结合剂超硬材料砂轮， 直径范围：ф6~500mm，砂轮厚度：0.05~300mm，磨料粒度：30/35~W3.5，并可根据用户要求设计和制造各种非标磨具。

The features of the metal bond products are high efficiency, good selfsharpening,high stock removal, strong hold and good abrasion resistance.

ZZSM is able to provide metal bond superabrasive grinding wheels according to the standard GB/T6409.2-2009. The diameter range is ф6~500mm; the thickness range is 0.05~300mm; the grit size range is 30/35~W3.5.We can also design and make nonstandard grinding wheels according to customers' requirements.

适用加工材料：

金属结合剂金刚石系列：主要用于加工石英晶体、硬质合金、陶瓷、玻璃、复合片、宝石、铁氧体、耐火材料及热喷涂工件等。

金属结合剂立方氮化硼系列：主要用于加工高速钢、工具钢、模具钢、不锈钢及钛合金等。

Application

Metal bond diamond products: Mainly used for machining quartz crystal,tungsten carbide, ceramics, glass, composite, sapphire, ferrite, refractory,thermal spraying materials and so on.

Metal bond CBN products: Mainly used for machining high speed steel, tool steel, mould steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy and so on.
