·底座铸件用高精度五面龙门加工，只需一次装夹即可完成五面的铣削、钻孔、攻丝，减少了装夹误差，提高了加工精度。
·丝杠采用成组60°角接触球轴承，双支撑并进行预拉伸，确保传动精度。
·采用高频淬火滑动轴承或重载高精度滚柱轴承，能够承受大负荷切削，具有良好的减震性。
