自动无心磨床具有自动切入机构及机械手的液压和电气控制系统，因此配备必要的机械手上下料装置和其它*装置后，机床也可作切入成形磨削，如罗拉，锭杆等成形零件的磨削。
结构特点
1、机床布局采用双面移动形式；
2、砂轮主轴为双支承结构，采用多片动轴承
3、导轮主轴为双支承结构，采用多片动轴承
4、导轮架进给以及砂轮修整器仿形导轨均采用滑动导轨；
5、砂轮架进给采用静压导轨；
6、可以配置上下料。
