2M Plate Mill

- TAKEDA E.C.O.S. has the function of digitizing know-how of skill, experience, knowledge of adept mechanics essential to manufacturing high-quality plate. Therefore novice operator can mill high-precision and high-quality with PLATE MILL.

- All machine of PLATE MILL series have the workpiece measuring system and machine measures the workpiece width before milling. And after the measuring, machine calculates the number of cutting and start milling automatically.

- Plate mill 2M can mill 400 x 230mm plate by one-pass in small space.

- 2M is full covered and it prevents scatter of chips around machine. Chips go into chip tank effectively and it helps operator to handle chips.

- 2M has good accessibility to table, therefore operator can place and remove workpiece easily.

- Upper space of table is open, therefore operator can carry heavy workpiece on table with crane directly.

- 2M has good accessibility to face mill cutter, therefore operator can change inserts easily.

- The distance of table and operation panel is close, therefore operator can work with minimum movement and it makes the productivity higher.

- 2M is designed to appose multiple units closely and operator can operate multipule units.
