数控型钢联合生产线

1.每侧三套冲孔模架，都可以方便取出，以便跟换冲头和阴模。冲头选择、工件夹紧。夹钳抬起、送进缓冲、成品卸料都是以压缩空气为动力，动作频繁的气缸、电磁气阀、三联气动组件都是进口产品。

There  are three sets of  punching tools on each side in the machine,which can be conveniently picked out for change of punchers and dies.The air compressed can be used for selecting punchers,clamping workpiece,uplifting clampers,device cushioning,unloading  finished products etc.Many important elements such as pneumatic  cyl  inders used frequently,electromagnetic  valves and air valves,triple pneumatic components,all are from abroad.

2.切断机构确保切断面整齐。剪切间隙调整方便。
Doubleblade  cutting unit  surely  makes  shearing  sections in“good  order.The  shearing  clearance  can  be  conveniently  adjusted.

3.工件送进小车由伺服电机驱动，借光电编码器反馈。闭环控制，定位精度高。
Infeed  carrier  is  drived  by AC servo motor and control  information is  continuously feed back  by  photoelectrical  encoder in movement process,which make a closed loop control  to  ensure  a  high positioning  precision  for  angles.

4.打印机上有四组可编程选择的字头盒，打字准距也可随意设定。
There  are  four  sets  of  programmable  and  selectable  character  blocks in  the  marking unit.Marking  stadia  can  be  preset  at  iberty.

5.工件尺寸输入、工件图形显示、大量资料储存、自动加工程序生成、定位数据显示、故障报警提示等均由微机实现。大规模PLC.数控系统和外部检测开关，控制全线自动循环。主要元件选自*厂商。
Computer  can  perform  many  functions  such  as  input  dimensions  of  workpieces,display  drawing  of  workpiece.store  a  great  deal  data,generate  machining  programs  automatically,display  positioning  data,give  an  alarm or  indication  for  troubles.The  machining  line  for angles  is  automatically  controlled  by  high—performance PLC、CNC  system,outside  monitoring  switch.All   main  components  are  Of  imported   from  international  famous  suppliers.

6.冲孔、切断、打钢印、压紧工件、字头换位都是以液压为动力；主要液压件都是进口产品。液压站上设有高压精细过滤，蓄能器、冷却器、空气滤清器、压力及温度和液面指示仪表。
Hydraulic  system  serves for  punching,shearing,marking,pressing,displacing   of  characters  block.All  are  of  imported  from  abroad.Hydraul  ic  system  includes  many  devices  such   as  high-pressure  fine  fi  lter,accumulator,cooler,air  filter  and  indicating  instruments  for  pressure,temperature,liquid-level.
