用途及特点
该机床用于活塞环精车外圆成品后打磨，特别适用打磨桶面环、锥面环相邻边缘倒角处毛刺，对减少漏光有明显作用。该机床大的特点是采用柔性装置使活塞环表面受到压力均衡。解决了国内现有加工设备因装夹后整筒环中心偏差，影响表面加工质量的关键问题。机床采用进口三菱可编程序控制器控制，结构简单，操作方便。
USES and features
Type DX06 finished ring polishing machine. The machine is used for piston ring car after finished the cylindrical grinding, especially for grinding barrels, cone surface adjacent edge chamfer burrs, has obvious effect to reduce light-leaking. The most obvious feature of the machine tool is a flexible device surface of piston rings pressure equalization. Solve the domestic existing the whole barrel after processing equipment for the clamping ring center deviation, the key factor affecting the quality of surface processing problem. Machine adopts imported mitsubishi PLC control, simple structure, easy to operate.
