DX06-5型 活塞环数控打磨机床

用途及特点
该机床是本厂根据成品活塞环、锥面环、桶面环镀前需要表面光滑，相邻边缘倒角处干净，而且打磨质量好坏直接影响电镀表面质量而设计的。国内现有活塞环加工设备，大部分没有柔性打磨，而且装夹后整筒环中心偏差，即芯杆弯曲等原因直接影响活塞环表面质量。该机床的大特点是采用柔性装置使活塞环表面受到压力均恒，适应性广，保证大、小环*加工，走刀速度和移动速度分别为伺服电机和数控控制。操作简单、安全可靠，在机身中部设定一开一关二个按钮（手动时在电器箱上完成动作）加工时装有防护罩。
