　　该机床适用于活塞环铬前处理，它集目前各种活塞环喷砂机之优点，以磨液泵及压缩空气为动力，通过喷枪将贮料箱中的磨液、磨料以高速喷射到工件表面。镀前经喷砂处理，对镀层与基体的结合力起着关键作用。能去除轻微毛刺，减少工件镀前酸碱处理。使镀前表面处于良好状态。镀后喷砂处理表面产生均匀与密布的细小凹坑，起着储油的初期磨合作用。并能去除微小的铬瘤，强化零件表面。加工环径可根据客户要求来定制。DX08 型全部为不锈钢材料制作。
