该机床用于高精度活塞环等分加工，如车镶边条环，即喷钼、镀铬环。也可以用于外圆倒角、割外槽、车外台阶等。在加工前先自动检测每筒环总长度，由位移传感器输入到数控系统按要求自动等分、加工。提高了生产效率和产品质量。深受广大操作者青睐。
USES and features
DX16 type automatic detection of three axis nc lathe. The machine is used for high precision piston ring parts processing, such as car edge of the ring, namely, spraying molybdenum, chromium plated ring. Can also be used for cylindrical chamfering, cutting groove outside, outside the steps, etc. Before processing the automatic detection, the total length of each cylinder ring automatically as required by displacement sensor input to the numerical control system parts and processing.
