　　该机床是本公司根据活塞环镀前需要表面光滑，相邻边缘倒角处干净，对减少漏光有明显作用，而且打磨质量好坏直接影响电镀表面质量而设计的。国内现有活塞环加工设备，大部分没有柔性打磨，而且装夹后整筒环中心有偏差，即芯杆弯曲等原因直接影响活塞环表面质量。该机床大的特点是镀后打磨采用柔性装置使活塞环表面受到压力均衡，对消除铬瘤有明显作用。该机床操作简单，安全可靠，适应性广。

USES and features

DXDM - 1180 type piston ring special grinding machine.
