The heavy-duty rotary table is a fully controlled CNC axis, allowing the forming of round and oval shapes. The integrated tool changer allows the automatic exchange of the forming tools.
The machine can form the OD as well as the ID of parts. The machines can be supplied with an integrated oven to form at a controlled temperature. Loading and unloading as well as clamping fixtures can also be integrated in the machine.
The machine uses the latest generation Siemens CNC 840D for the forming process.
