仪器特征:
1、两个玻璃转子流量计分别控制氧、氮流量。

补充:如果条件允许,采用质量流量计,数字化显示调节的气体流量,同时可以数字化显示氧气的百分比浓度,这样便于使用者的操作简便。

补充说明:氧气调节的范围为0-*,虽然在使用中不会采用该区间,但是可以便于校准时标准气体的时候,例如可使用氮气校准0%点,可以使用纯氧气校准*数值,另外使用空气校准20.5%数值,这样可以体现出更好的线性度。
同时氧指数需要使用10.6L/MIN的混合气体流量,也就是说每次测试的混合气体的总流量总数为10.6L/MIN,在可以数字化显示出的情况下,为更加优良的选择。

本标准规定试样置于垂直的试验条件下,在氧、氮混合气流中,测定试样刚好维持燃烧所需要zui低氧浓度(亦称极限氧指数)的试样方法。 本标准适用于测定各种类型的纺织品(包括单组分或多组分),如机织物,针织物、非织造布、涂层织物、层压织物、复合织物、地毯类等(包括阻燃处理和未经处理)的燃烧性能。 本标准仅用于测定在实验室条件下纺织品的燃烧性能,控制产品质量,而不能作为评定试剂使用条件下着火危险性的依据,或只能作为分析某种特殊用途发生火灾时所有因素之一。
文献解释:
1、材料的阻燃特性一般用氧指数表示,氧指数是指一定尺寸的材料(试片)装入试验装置中,在规定条件下,通入氧与氮的混合气体,将试片用点火器点燃,测定保持如蜡状持续燃烧所必须的zui低氧浓度(以百分数来表示)
