1769-OA16K/ABPLC拆机件
上位机软件采用的是ifix组态软件为开发平台，整套系统建设有多幅实时监控画面，包括污水系统总貌、预处理提升泵站与沉砂池、氧化沟、二沉池、加药脱水间。通过plc di反馈信号表明设备运行状态。在pc机上也可实现手动与自动两种方式控制，在电机运行方式为手动时，可用鼠标点击画面电机启动按钮远程启动各现场设备。各仪表的瞬时值依据实际安装位置被分别标注到不同的分布工艺流程图中，其实时数据和历史数据被做成相应分布图的子画面。整个软件界面呈树状排列，便于查阅、操作简便。数据库是上位机监控软件的核心所在，因此必须依据实际需要首先将其建设好，然后将各功能模块进行恰当的组合。实际编程过程中在定义变量时，记录可设定为不计录、数据变化时记录和定时记录，要根据实际情况选择相应的设置，从而节省存储空间。报表分为实时报表和历史报表两种。
