5069-ARM/ABPLC拆机件

某冶炼厂的电镀生产线采用行车，行车架上装有可升降的吊钩，行车和吊钩各由一台电动机拖动，行车的进退和吊钩的升降均由相应的限位开关3(3定位。该生产线上现有三个槽位，也可以根据生产需要和工艺要求方便的扩展。该系统具有手动和自动循环两种工作方式，手动方式用于设备调试或出现故障时实现单步动作或调整设备到原始位置。在自动方式下，电镀生产线不工作时，行车、吊钩处于原位，装好工件后，只要按下启动按钮，吊钩上升，上升到上限位，吊钩停止运行;行车再带动吊钩右行至镀槽，行车停止运行;然后吊钩下降，
